Show number of children, but do not show beyond the first level in other documents

It gets out of hand QUICK in the frontend.

Also at some point this section might need pagination, but that will likely also need something like Hotwire to look good.

Fix the completely bonkers Children.Children.Children chains in DocumentsRepo with some kind of depth argument to that roots method (probably poorly named at this point, too)
